One of the things I enjoy most about my job is the ability to pass on my knowledge and skills to the next generations of sound engineers and designers.  Through my work with Kids Who Care I am often given the opportunity to train and assist students from elementary school up through college.  The students we have trained become a vital part of the process as they are then able to assist in productions and mentor other students.  One of my favorite experiences was walking into the Scott Theater to find two of my students taking turns educating each other in Qlab programming and X32 operations.
